The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is an annual tradition in New York City's Rockefeller Center, and is lighted in early December or late-November, an event broadcast in recent years on the NBC television network in the United States as well as internationally.

I have actually never seen it in real life, but I have seen plenty of movies filmed in New York. It is a great sight and lots of people who visit New York in the winter go to the Rockefeller Center to enjoy the view and ice skating.
